Chalk & clay

A series of clay experiments made with uncommon tools such as a toaster and screws. As a plea for the inner child and it’s focus on the deed instead of the outcome, never questioning if it makes sense.

Intense koppigheid

This series of drawings was made as a reaction to a performance piece about social anxiety. The performance was made within a group of 7 students. We stood in a half circle holding clay masks in front of us, for as long as we could. But each time all of had dropped the mask, there was another mask waiting behind us. It was a fysical as well as a mental struggle. For me the most present emotion was intense stubbornness.
